@DoubleSwords117 I disagree, due to the fact that saying one seventeen can easily be mistaken as one seventy. So one one seven is actually more ideal. Furthermore "one one se-ven" and "one se-ven-teen" both has 4 syllables so the time taken to say either shouldn't matter much. What matter needs to be clear in a battle is - whether is "one seventy "or "one seventeen" or you actually want to say "one one seven".(straight forward no confusion)
