  • John Stamos and Paul Rudd are in a band together?

  • I've known about the acoustic stolen from this performance, but this is new to me. Chris was on that day....

  • whoever rants that Chris can't sing as good as in the studio, have never seen Chris live. Chris can even do better live. he sounded like he is restraining because this live is supposed to be softer than the studio version, well that's just me. I mean I'm not trying to sound like I knew better than everyone else.

  • @AbbyEmigrantLifestyl I could be wrong on the opening tone and as I look back I probably was. It looked to me like you were being snobby about musicians needing the studio to sound good. I apologize if that is not what u were sayin. What the hell do you mean by a CD listener not a musician? I currently play and have a good grasp on.... Guitar, bass, Piano, recorder, harmonica, Uke, and limited understanding of Mandolin. Again my comment was all based on your studio comment...

  • @johnedlin7 Get your facts straight! No one said he couldn't do it well without studio tricks. I even bought their music, including this song! Go back & reread my comment before you write to me. Hey, maybe you're a twat/troll who's just looking for an argument . I've been in the studio, I have sung before an audience, I have friends who are musicians, and I play as well. You are a CD listener, not a musician. So go and take a fukn reading comprehension class and listen to some more CDs.

  • @AbbyEmigrantLifestyl He also has as many chances as he needs to do it in the studio, and only one chance to do it live. I'm not saying studio doesn't make it easier, but to act like he can't do it well without the studio is just mind boggling. There you go acting like you know everything at the end too. Hey here is an idea.... maybe you don't know everything?

  • @johnedlin7 Also without proper singing technique which allows singers to sound as good on recordings as they do live, you will HEAR the difference. Heart and soul and proper singing technique isn't one in the same. All bands have performances when they know their voice is shyt, even bands others think can't sing well like (Radiohead, Oasis had many of them, Nirvana). But, hey, I'm talking over your fan head... Keep buying CD'S!

  • @johnedlin7 And you sound like a mediocre cd listener. Before you make any more asinine statements, when he hits the high notes you can hear there's no strong full, powerful sound. Also, non-musician, I sound like someone whom has taken voice lessons with several coaches. There actually is a technical part to singing that includes pitch control, singing from the diaphram, etc. Maybe they'd been performing gigs straight and his voice needed time to recover. Singers HEAR this, dumb asses don't.

  • @AbbyEmigrantLifestyl Honestly you couldn't be more wrong.... What leads you to believe he's struggling? I love the differences between studio versions and live versions like this one. It breaks up the monotony of hearing it done the same way every time. You sound like somebody who thinks they are a musician, but clearly don't have the heart or soul to make it happen.

  • This live performance and the recording are night and day. He's struggling. Let this be a lesson to all aspiring musicians about the polishing wonders of studio equipment.
