One of the better toons out there. Well-constructed humor, by far the most unique artstyle I've ever seen in a long time, solid direction, subverting and playing with the usual character types (the archetypal troublemakers, the archetypal genius younger sibling, the archetypal bumbling father and the archetypal responsible and irate mother) and overall proud of what it wants to be.
Gumball is among my top cartoons of 2011 along with MLP, Adventure Time, Regular Show and Phineas and Ferb.
