I hook my Xbox up to a VCR. The VCR has two output cabels runnng out of it: F-Cable to the TV, and RCA to a Dazzle Conversion system (it's a little box with a bunch of ports on it.) Firewire hooks up to that to the computer, and I capture it. Easy, tho lots of cables.
