I am planning to buy this or the 5L and I am curious did you buy the product online and have it shipped to you, or you picked it up in a store? This is because I noticed on the packaging of the Steelpad mouse, the left side of the mousepad is exposed. I am planning to order it online and I am concerned, during the shipping process, will the mousepad be damaged etc. due to the exposed corner and sides? I appreciate your feedback and reply. Thanks!

Hi, it not exposed, it has acrilic all around, including left side. Also the product was send firect from SteelSeries as a sample for us. Tnx
