Looks like a typical FD operation... Everyone brings their own rig and sets up their own station and ends up running their own station. Groups would do better setting up one radio and all taking turns on that one station rather than it becoming just a free-for-all IMHO.

Actually NOT. We operate 2D which means we havce one station for CW and one for Phone. We also operate a VHF station and a GOTA station. Each station has a captain who is responsible for arranging for operators. Each station does very well. This particular year we were #2 in the state -- missing #1 by only a few points. Wait til next year!!
