@38magoo thank you, that's a pretty good idea. my home has a nat gas genset, but for the other house propane would be the best.

@chatrkat you can convert both of those generators to natural gas and low pressure propane which doesnt go bad like gasonline. i did to both of my eu2000i units after hurricane kartrina in new orleans. uscarb.com or 1800 553 5608 ask for tri fuel option to keep gasoline

You'll be so thankfull you have it when the power is out and could be out for days. This day and age every household sould have a backup power supply. I love it...
