  • I really want LEXUS and TOYOTA to release a V12 in their new LS.

That will show the Germans who is boss, because the V8 is already more refined than some of the Germans V12's.

So imagine the LEXUS V12. It would be a PERfECT ENGINE

  • I wish if it were feasable, if they brought the majesta over here, although it was very closely tied with the Lexus LS 430, It would have made a killing alternative to it, even now ::sigh::

I think i could just stop dreaming about their V12-powered century ever hitting these shores either....

  • @adamY2K

what's the use of a v12 if you can move your ass around with a third of those cylinders.

  • 亡くなった祖父の愛車です。初代→4代目と二代に渡り乗っていました。

  • 18系は、評判良いから、中古探して買うぞ! マジェスタ最高!!

  • the 2004-2009 Toyota Crown Majesta was assembled in

    Toyota, Aichi, Japan

  • CROWN/MJ is a luxury car that represents Japan.

    I like interior.

  • Lexus would sooner put a v6 into its flagship car over a v12.

V12 is really only an option for the top of the top in sedans. For someone whom an extra $50k over a V8 is not an issue.

    Besides CAFE in the US...

  • The Century's engine is horribly de-tuned though. I also doubt Lexus will offer a V12 since the LS600h is meant to have the power of a V12 with the efficiency of a V8, and the tightening US CAFE standards will pretty much ruin any chances of future big-displacement engines. I even heard that by 2020, the Mercedes S-Class might have a 1.4L Twin Turbo mill for efficiency. 1.4, that's ridiculously small!
