Great!

This is excellent. Barney Kessel, Joe Pass, Herb Ellis and many other must be looking down from Jazz Heaven and smiling. I was lucky enough to meet Joe Pass and ask him a technical question and was even luckier to take a short seminar with Barney Kessel. My feeling was they were very concerned about the generations that would follow them and they suffered greatly to help us. This is so sweet and it made a 51 year old washed up man like myself cry for joy to live to see this...

Really good playing, mate !
I got myself a Charlie Parker songbook, and I know how hard it can be to play this kind of stuff !

i like it. you "breathe" like a horn player, which is nice, and really rare among young guitar players with chops, nice work

@MonsterGuitarX Hey, I just uploaded three of my own compositions for my newest bandproject "Frogcodile". Maybe you're interested...
Very nicely done. I like your tone too. It has a nice clarity that missing in a lot jazz guitar. I'd like to hear your original material some time.

@solowayguitars Thank you for your nice comment! If you are interested in my own compositions search for "FROGCODILE" on youtube or check out my channel. As I said it's not jazz. Hope you'll like it eitherway!
Cheers,

Hats off! You're playing not only with a great technique but also with lots of musicality. I've got a question on your guitar, the Yamaha AEX 1500: how do you like it? what do you think of its sound and handling? I'd have the opportunity to buy exactly the model you play and I'm not sure yet if this is the right guitar for me or if I should not better buy a Gibson ES 175 or an Ibanez George Benson. Thanks for your advice! Bernhard

@Bodydrag First of all thanks for your nice comment. I personally like the AEX 1500. It's comfortable to play and the sound can vary from really "jazzy" (Neck Pickup) to almost "accoustic" (Piezo). I don't know if this guitar is also the right one for you, personally. You should try all of those you have mentioned. But it is defenitely worth to try! I think in the end it is a question of taste, because all three are quality guitars.
Good luck in finding the right instrument for yourself!
