i have one, it really works but takes some practice to gain control over. A lot of the time, people think they are relaxing and are surprised it doesn't go down, when in fact they are concentrating on relaxing which doesn't work at all (why people can't get to sleep - if you are concentrating on trying to get to sleep, you can't get to sleep)
