Video created for the Lord of the Rings fanfiction story "Dark Empire"

http://www.lotrfanfiction.com/viewstory.php?sid=10611

Please note the mature rating of the story and that it is also not yet complete.

Music is "What shall we die for" by Hans Zimmer from the original movie soundtrack of "Pirates of the Carribean: At worlds end" and belongs to Walt Disney Pictures.

All artwork is property of its respective artist and I can take abseloutely no credit for the beatiful artwork. Both story and video are completely non profit.

JRR Tolkien will forever own Middle Earth, We just wish to explore it further.

All canon characters are property of the Tolkien Estate and all original characters are the creation and property of the respective creators.

  • I am not quite sure what you mean, but this video was based on AU Fanfiction and really has little to nothing to do with the Peter Jackson films, and the story is set 25 years after the war of the ring.

  • Excellent choice of music and great video!

  • He changed A LOT e.g. totally ignoring Glorfindel...leaving Eomer out of the battle at Helm's Deep etc. I guess it would not matter if you had not read the books.

I also guess that some of the actors were really ticked off. In my opinion he should have just made The Hobbit because he gave them all the lines anyway....

    >:-(

and most of the screen time

  • Thank you very much!

I was very disappointed that Peter Jackson changed that part from the book as well, It is painful to watch that part of the movie with Arwen not only stealing his part, but his horse as well!

The artwork is from all of the place actually, once in a while I am fortunate enough to find a piece which I feel depicts a character/scene/place whatnot that have been part of that particular story so I save it away, just as reference.

    Thanks again! :)

  • Inspiring! ****
