Drink lots of water, and if possible, go on a light juice fast for the first day. If juicing is impossible, then only eat fruit. Take 2,000 mg of Vitamin C every 2 hours. Take a few drops of echinacea and goldenseal in some water or juice twice a day, and get some rest! once you start feeling better, discontinue the echinacea, but continue using 500 mg of C 3 times a day for the next 3 days, so you don't have a re-lapse. And keep eating those yummy fruits, they will help you get and stay better!
