Des, Charlie and Anders regularly play for the set dancers at the Pier Head in Kinvara, usually for the South Galway and Connemara sets. Here they play two waltzes for the dancers, in between sets. I can't think of the name of the first tune, but the second is Mrs. Kenny's, which is a great favourite of mine.

I have been away from Clare for the past 36 years and I have kind of lost touch with the hurlung scene. I check the results regulary on the Clare FM site and I also visit Crusheen at least once a year. The were great days for Clare hurling in the 90s and hope we do not wait long for another senior title. (UP THE BANNER)

Looks like a great session. Never mind the music for a while ---is there any chance we'll ever win another All Ireland ? ♪♫ ♥

@clarebannerman would bring a tear to glass eye. I know Dessie Mulkere very well as we both hail from Crusheen.
