You have to love edit video. The philosophy of divide and conquer is about effecting change. Carlin was wrong about who was using the strategy. Democrats use it to gain power in Washington to run our lives. BTW, the "rich" pay 70% of the income taxes, and 50% of the American people pay NONE.
