Well, that is probably true, but I was thinking that it couldn't have been that hard for Robert Fulton to get a prototype for proof of concept built and put together.. while in teleportation we don't even have the most feeble practical concept yet. Science has evolved too, and if someone have a blueprint for a working practical teleportation device with math backing it, someone will most likely try to build it.

It might be a "fail" to us 21st century people. But during the early 19th century, it was hard to believe for many people. Its like someone saying to someone today "look sir, I have a concept drawn up for a teleportation device!". You would say, "what a load of crap". But 200 years from now, they would probably be calling us a fail for saying that.

"What, sir, would you make a ship sail against the wind and currents by lighting a bonfire under her deck? I pray you, excuse me, I have not the time to listen to such nonsense."
Napoleon Bonaparte, when told of Robert Fulton’s steamboat.

@TotalWarPlayer13520 Ty for explaining it
-
@J71159 Basically it's liberated countries or states which will declare war on anything that attacks you or any of your other liberated countries, and will send troops to the battle/defend your lands.

You can have a coalition in Nap Total War? Can someone explain what they can do?
@specialedd13 Not really...Greece gained independence in 1829. The Napoleonic era was around 1795 to 1814/15. So it's more like a decade or so earlier.
