Just like Singapore! Though their system is a little different you get ~£250 for littering, and I think you even get money for reporting littering!

@HerrKolosimo im sorry mate, but you dont know anything about the UK. And to generalise some germanic people is just plain stupid and racist. Also, did you know that about 70% of the UK is actually mixed? i bet you didnt!

Yes, I've been to the UK. It depends. There are dirty places there. But if you have got enough money (like in the USA), you can live in luxury while the people around you starve in the dirt. That's certainly NOT how Germanic people would handle it. But Winston Churchill sold out the British Empire to Roosevelt in 1940, and that was the end of that once proud nation. The imigrants are not to blame. The streets may be dirty but in private homes it's still alright.

@dzunku1 íf you clean it, the next stupid guy behind you will make it dirty. there are a lot of these kind of people every where. the graffity style dirt is kinda art of young people but there are different kind of dirtyness!!!°°´´´´ sry for my english. its even hard for me to explain! xP
