Little Edie was a very attractive woman. She is around 56 in this documentary and still had a fantastic figure.

Little Edie seems very youthful for her age. Not just immature, but youthful.

To tell the truth if I had a house in the east hamptons that i didn't have to pay a mortgage on, I'd turn into my own kind of Edie and I think it would just lovely. It would be pleasant to live there, go to the beach, and do as one wanted without having to knock your head against all the brick walls of the world.

Wonderful, one of the best parts of the DVD. I think little edie did dream too much alone, but at least she seemed content. Her and big edie may have lived "strange" to us but I give them kudos for doing what they chose. And thank them for letting us peek at their lives.

Wow. I was watching the HBO film just now. I definitely would like to see the DVD. I have a slight fascination with these two women.

why did she always have her head covered?

She lost her hair when she was younger, due to alopecia.
