Reforming? So the word reforming essentially means stiffing people that are dependent upon the medicare? Ok.

republicans allergic to the truth. that's a good one. you need to be strapped down and shown truth allergies and who holds them. then you will be dead.
Medicare Advantage is not a part of the government run Medicare. It is a private for-profit company that is ripping off seniors, making them think they have bought supplemental insurance when in fact they sign over their excellent Medicare plan, allowing this company to bilk Medicare in their name, while holding out the medical care they need. It's a scam and needs to end.

The best choice is always a Medicare Supplement plan. I have worked extensively in health care and particularly with older adults. The 'advantage' policies are more accurately called 'risk' policies by those of us in the know. They take away more benefits than they give you. A huge rip-off and money maker for insurance companies. Inexpensive prescriptions don't offset all the losses you will incur. Avoid these policies like the plague and choose a Medicare Supplement policy instead.
