I decided to edit the description to give you a little more detail on what exactly is going on.
0:16 If this guy would have seen me it would have been right away, he gives no reaction to my presence so I know that all he can see is the flag, and getting there as fast as possible. Just don't get in between him and the flag and you will be fine. You will notice that once he is at the flag he turns and sees me but it is too late.
0:22 A medic and a sniper taking cover against my squad on the other side of them, it only took me about two minutes to walk from upper south to get behind them, they were used to their teammates behind them so they didn't notice me till it was too late, if I had opened fire on them as soon as I rounded the corner I would have been lucky to get one before the other one saw me and I would rather kill them both before either knows where I am. Also a sniper medic pair screams "squad" so even if you are spotted or under a uav the large squad number around a squadleader will hide you, if you are close enough.
0:30 this guy is totally focused on the guys on the roof, his posture says "I have no idea you are there take your time and shoot me in the head"
0:39 this is the first example of when I am running off focused on something else and the first I notice someone is when he starts shooting at me, wildly and without an advantage
0:43 I don't see this guy at all until he starts shooting wildly, while standing up, with an svd, if he knew what he was doing he could have stayed quiet, slipped behind me, and knifed me in the back without me ever knowing he was there.
0:58 while these two are distracted, I take cover and lie prone, when my teammate goes prone I shoot high, and hope to take them out before they take him out.
1:04 this guy has a good spot to watch the spawns while I cap it, they will look toward the flag and leave themselves open to him. with med packs all over the flag I jump and move around and spot the enemy for him, but he just walks away because he is not paying attention and only comes back once the enemy dies
See if you can tell what the others were focused on, here is a hint:
Medics only see dead bodies, most of the time. But at 3:00 you can see where a plan backfired, although I managed to take out the two enemies without them being able to spot me, I didn't notice I was under a uav. So a good medic mowed me down before I could blink.

do you aim slight behind them almost instead of slightly in front????? the hit detection is hard to get used to in this game

How is your aiming so accurate? Most of the time I can't hit targets, even if I'm prone with a semi auto weapon. I do get kills, but nowhere near as accurate as your kills.
