I have no idea if they do coke, or drugs, and how much, and when, but neither do you do. It seems your too busy to go and see them in concert. Emily Haines pounds that stage like nobody's business. So when they hit a more tempered song, and she's a bit slower, she's probably exhausted, taking a break. You can see here her hair's all sweaty, probably from an 40 minutes of running the stage. She's phenomenal live.

I don't care if they do drugs, but not sure where all the cocaine comments are coming from, it looks more like MDMA to me (or just drunk!). Sluggish, deliberate movements, slow head hanging / swinging etc.

Anyway, I saw them twice in the two days just past, and no way was she on anything, she was just super energetic and fit - the whole set was spot on. They played this song too, I have a vid of it up. I think drugs or no drugs, she's improved greatly as a front woman since Fantasies came out.

i think the point here is that, this was almost 3 years ago, she seems a lot better now. and even then, she can still put on a good show when shes coked out then any of us could ever wish to put on under the same circumstances

I agree. Seeing this just saddens me greatly. I mean, I absolutely love her music, but now when I listen to it I just think EMILY HAINES DOES COCAINE EMILY HAINES DOES COCAINE EMILY HAINES DOES COCAINE. it sucks...

I don't know... maybe she doesn't do it anymore, presently? Perhaps her trip to Buenos Aires cleared all that shit up? I don't know, but hopefully...

its pretty obvious to see she is being affected by something. if you can't tell then you probably haven't seen them live many times.
