This was part of a series of 4 television commercials for Bundaberg Rum.

These featured the famous Bundy Bear, the cheeky official face of the brand.

Bundaberg Rum is an Australian brand and the Rugby World Cup was based in Australia, so it was difficult writing ads for this because you couldn't show any support for Australia. These are the official rules of sponsoring at the Rugby World Cup.

The result, the line 'Damn You Bundy!' became a catch-cry during the tournament.
