i did everything, except for the nmap, and when i tried to connect to the same ip as you did, it said "Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed" Can you help me?

@toonlover52 The ip that i connected to was setup for the telnet, it's on my lan, you cant connect to it, you need to setup up the telnet on your own lan. do you have 2 pc's on your lan or a vm software installed? thats what you must use.

nmap -sS 10.0.4.101 -p 23

ur video show that

23/tcp open telnet

but screen show

23/tcp filtered telnet

i cnt open plz help me

@wishofange1 probably its blocked by some firewall or maybe your router has some additional settings enabled, i'm not sure, try disable all firewalls first, Can you ping 10.0.4.101 ?
