I don't remember when I first thought I was fat, but I remember my grandmother started telling me I was "getting chunky" when I was in middle school. She was always bothering me and my mom about it, telling me I should go for walks, putting certain foods off limits by telling me they were for my grandfather. She didn't remember any of that when I went to visit her last year, and she seemed to think that I'm skinny now even though I am the same size I was when she first said I was fat...

I remember the first times I felt fat as well. I remember it started in 1st grade. I would look at my body in a full-length mirror and wonder why my waist wasn't narrow like other girls (it still isn't---I have a boyish figure but I thought it was just fat). The mall in general is a majorly triggering place for anyone who has ever suffered from an ed. Aside from your shirt experience, there's just so much...pressure or something there.
