Guitar is awesome, but the lead vocal would be better with less scooping up and down to the notes. Got plenty of control, but the scooping makes it flat on the way from one note to another. Maybe a relaxation thing; but you've got plenty of room to hit all the notes, so just support it with good breathing (hard to do hunched over a guitar, I know) and you'll nail it.

great guitaring. it really made me smile. if only he had a deeper voice and the correct notes 100 percent of the time when singing. but your singing wasnt bad at all. i really loved the first parts of guitaring

You guys are great! I agree with others when I say that not having a "carbon copy" of a song is good! I like the increased tempo, and the vocals and lead were great! I'm a guitarist myself, slowly improving, but good cover!
are you related to Joe Satriani?

@Jzelunks To be honest i just sort of took bits from the live in L.A and two rock videos and put them together with my own ideas. All of it was figured out by ear and from just looking at John's hand positions on the videos :)
The last solo section was just me messing about/improv, turned out ok.
Hope this helps :)

Holy shit you guys! The guitar playing in this is impressive as hell. It's a very difficult song to play I know. Don't listen to one single negative coment on here. People don't quite understand that when you play someone else's music that it's not going to be a carbon copy. You can tell who is a musician/not by how f'ing stupid the comment is. BTW, isn't it bizarre how good Yamaha acoustics sound? You guys really have something here. Keep playing/posting. I'm following.
Cheers!

@StingMe74 Hey thanks for the comment, appreciate it. Don't worry we don't let negative comments put us down, instead we try to improve on what people say are our weak points :)
Yeah the Yamaha guitars are actually very good for their price range.
We will hopefully be posting a few more videos in the near future...look out for them :) Cheers!
