  • It is the worst thing when someone uses their training regiment to establish a feeling of superiority in training credibility. Crossfit is crossfit, OW is OW. It is like comparing apples and oranges. If you like crossfit, it's because you have different goals then an olympic lifter. Same thing vice versa. They are better than the other in different scenarios

  • He has his own rack on his back lol

  • @chi3knees cuz crosfitters actually believe they r more fit and stronger than Dmitry

  • Dantas as contas desse atleta são impressionantes, você saberia me dizer se ele tem algum treino especifico para elas ou se apenas o treino com movimentos de LPO o deixou assim?

  • @edge9090 i absolutely agree ith you.the great TOMMY KONO was adament about the olympic lifts being perfectly responsible for not only winning two mr.universe titles, but for himself and other lifters bringing home best back awards and most muscular.the heavy cleans and high pulls build a back better than any other exercises.im an olympic lifter.i can truly.after 27 years, attest to his teachings.good training and health to you.

  • 0:55 lol

  • @anthraxale I'm not a weightlifter but I always found deadlifts produced the best results. All the heavy pulls these guys do definitely produces superior results. Bodybuilders could definitely benefit from this type of training. I always found bent over rows awkward and not very productive, in my case anyway.

  • that guy has some awsome looking upper back musculature

  • @kibetsu They are my "secret" exercise now as they allow a good linear progression and are only dangerous if you overload it. People seem to have forgotten any exercise can cause injury. They then use the "it is not a natural movement" excuse. What in the gym is natural?!

  • @Dannychu92 Because he is flexibel enough for it to cause no problems. Took me 6 months of stretching everyday and doing shoulder dislocation but i can press behind neck without any pain now.
