In this episode of the Daily Breakfast, we will talk about the importance of staying hydrated. A minimum of two liters of water (=67 ounces) a day should keep your body and mind in top condition!

    It was recently proved that you should only drink water when you body is thirsty and that you should not force yourself to drink.

    However, more is better than less.

I lift weights every morning and drink nothing but H20. My son is a wii nut and expert if you ever want advice about the system!
