Facts say otherwise: the Netherlands is closing prisons for lack of criminals according to this article published in 2009 by NRC. Just google "Netherlands to close prisons for lack of criminals" NRC 19-05-2009. Bill O'Reilly is full of it.

This is pure anti-Dutch propaganda, Fox News is so off track here. Amsterdam is a great cultural centre with its own unique character and a wide variety of attractions for any visitor. There is far more to Amsterdam than just the coffee shops and red light district. It looks very much like the Fox News team just spent their time hanging around the Oudezijds Voorburgwal.
