  • your videos are really good!! I cant really bend forward well enough could you please do a video on how to like make your back more flexible so you cant touch the floor with out bending your knees cause i have real trouble trying to do that ::)

  • @helenacoker Great question. I will post the answer to this in my blog on my website. Be sure to subscribe on there to receive the weekly newsletters and the answers to more questions like this ~namaste.xoxo

  • Your videos are great! One questions. I been stretching a lot to hopefully get flexible enough to do a split.. but my inner thighs and hips I think are the tightest. Would this help me with splits?

  • This will help both lower back, hips inner thighs to become more flexible. I recomend you do my hips and inner thighs video though. Namaste

  • Dashama - how long have you been practicing yoga? And how long did it take you to get flexible?

  • Yoga takes time... I started doing yoga as a kid. I still need to practice each day... but in general, if you practice regularly, you will see results soon. Give yourself 2 years of solid commitment. :) xoxox

  • Dashama,

this is a great routine, but it is a little hard to follow. I have trouble getting into some of the more detailed positions before you move onto the next!

Your videos are very helpful and thank you for sharing your experience with the world.

    Namaste :)

  • Thank you Dahama.... there are no words to describe how amazing and inspiring you are. all your videos are so helpful. Thank you again for all your help.

  • I would love to see this video, redone as the later ones are a little slower and easier to follow. Great aspect and brief summary before ! Thanks Dashama...

  • Very nice videos! But i think at 70% of your exercises i break my back and harm my predamaged hips and knees entirely. ;-)

  • It's a great video and streches just that it's too fast to follow at times!

  • That it an interesting entry to halasana.:) I often practice this to release the mid back...doing it this way it also opens the low back and psoas quite a bit.

Like this whole sequence. Well done!
