  • I believe the American majority actually associates diesel with longevity and reliability versus petrol engines. If Mercedes were to advertise the mileage and environmental benefits of bluetech and get a c-class bluetech purchasable in all 50 states, they are guaranteed to bank massively. If I could I would have already pre-ordered a c-class bluetech hybrid.

  • It's not that we don't want diesels it's that there are non available in the states. The E-Class Bluetech is the only diesel available in the states and 300D-240D are being puchased and horded like gems.
