Lots of people talking about food choices here. Eat only things you enjoy! It's that simple. Forget about what doctors tell you is "healthy" the only thing that is really healthy is feeling good and being in the vortex! When you are in the vortex you will get as much nutrition out of a gummy bear than you would from any berry or vegetable or other so called "power food". I love food!

@mrhorn2001 Absolutely... My comment was to someone who was beating on them selves for eating things they new were bad... For some it's a process to change the inner feelings and on the way we should be kind and gentle with our selves...
