Oh, have a great Yule :)

  • @TamperPeterson It's cool that people start to call it Yule again. I like that. :)

A great Yule to you too!

    Cheers,

    Alex

I am not a Christian matey. It's always been a "Sun" thing to me. In fact, Happy Sol Invictus ! Heheee

  • @TamperPeterson It's gonna be a happy normal working day for me. haha.

  • Hi Alex,

in the very first moment these words really sound heavy. But in fact it's the truth! And that's one reason why I've turned away from the church in the late 1990's. I did no longer agree to the rules gives by men of the church. For what reason? They even don't follow their own gooddamned rules! I am what I am, and that's all what I am. And believe me... I'm proud of it! I enjoy my life as good as I can. And I need nobody to tell me how to do it better. ;-)

    Cheers

    Lars

  • @giacomomora Thx. :)

  • @Charredbriar Yes, you have seen something, and you assume. I never said there is no life after death, I said there is no proof. I also have seen stuff I can not explain. But I will not build a house on such a loose foundation, because I have no clue what it really was. And most important of all, I will not tell other people what to believe because I had an epiphany. Lets openly talk about theses things and exchange what we believe, thats cool. But let's not make false promises.

  • @bentbilliard So, welcome to the path.

    A hand and a hug.

  • Wow...pretty heavy...and right at Christmas time, too! My parents are fanatical Christians and are pretty disappointed that I'm not living my life like they live there's. They're the poster people for faith. Faith in a belief that so overwhelmingly consumes one's life that everything they do, are, will be, revolves around it. Faith in God. Faith in heaven. Faith in an old book (the Bible) that was written by men... not God himself. I DO know this: There's life after death. I've seen a ghost...
