  • Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got beautiful Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • im only 13 and i have been working on my abs for 2 years with an abs roller and crunchs with 4kg behind my neck when i started i felt i was fat but within 3 weeks i had my abs coming thru (only my top abs ) but it works so well. two hours on an ab roller at the end ov the week 4 miles jogging per week and 100-200 cruchs (with 4 kg ) is the quickest way to get abs. you dont need to watch your food ether! please just try it out i was so pleased and happy about it :D
