The Samsung Galaxy Y is a new android based smartphone from Samsung and is aimed at the younger customer base, or, more directly, to buyers with smaller budgets.

It is a 3-inch smartphone with TFT touch screen, with 240 × 320 pixels resolution. The low resolution can be seen even on the small 3 inch screen rather quickly, because it looks pixilated.
Samsung galaxy y runs on android 2.3 Gingerbread OS platform having processing speed of 832 MHz.It has 2 MP camera,160 MB internal memory,2GB Micro SD card included which is expandable upto 32 GB,
Wi-Fi,Bluetooth v3.0 and Preloaded Apps like Facebook, Gmail, Gtalk, Twitter.
