Dude, if you ran out of paper then just use a piece of computer paper. Fold the shortest edge up diagonally to the longer one and cut off what is left.

i made my own dragon it looks alot like that but the head and wing is different,i could put it on if possible

The low resolution of the video, poor lighting and contrast, and the previously existing folds in the paper make it a bit hard to follow what you're doing. The narration helps, at least when it's on topic.
