watch his feet too - he seems to be implying movement where the foot is forward or rotated in (with the hip?). Trained with this man - excellent sensei :)
As well as the hip rotation, he gains his power by dropping his centre of mass slightly when he changes stance - used widely in ITF Taekwondo as well. ;)
