Your not a retard for speaking a different language. In case you didn't know, in this video Layne is singing to thousands of Brazilians who speak Portuguese. The beauty of music is that it can touch anyone despite cultural barriers, or the language one speaks. I for one am glad to know that Layne touches so many people. Anyone who has love for Alice is all right with me.
