They also snipped a scene from David Cronenburgs The Brood. The scene invovled was granny goes into the kichen to get a drink (she was a lush) and one of her daughter brood beats the shit out of her. They objected to the fact that the vicitim was crawling on the floor through food and chips. The odd thing about it was that on TV, when some show was discussing censorship, they showed the complete scene on TV/

Thanks for sharing this. Missed this movie when it came out back in the day. And when I say baci in the day, I mean when it was only released for one week in my city. I think it also might have been rated R in Ontario, which meant no chance of anyone under 18 seeing it. I HATED the Ontario Censor board. They just loved banning stuff which of course only makes people want to see the movie. Luna, Pretty Baby and the Toy Drum were flat out banned But you could see them on vid. Go figure

EL DIRECTOR DE ESTA PELICULA SE PASO DE 3 RAYAS DE COCAINA CUANDO LA IMAGINO JEJE. SOLO FALTO UN ELEFANTE DE COLOR ROSA VOLANDO Y QUE TIRARA ACIDO EN LUGAR DE ORINA. IGUAL ESTARIA BUENO UNA REMAKE PARA EL 2012

@IsaiahTDavidsonTV sympatetic....I think Camern James, suppressed it....This is a blue print for Aleins....in the demented minds of wedirector-writer-producers...

I'm asking if Prometheus will be a remake of Galaxy of Terror?

The production values seem high considering it's a Corman movie. Guess James Cameron and Bill Paxton had something to do with that.

No, but he is similar looking. Ian McDiarmid was doing Dragonslayer about the same time as GOT. It's ironic however that Behrens was in NPR radio dramatizations of "Star Wars" (1981), "The Empire Strikes Back" (1983), and "Return of the Jedi" (1996).
How did I miss this great sci-fi flick?????????? How the fuck did I miss this????

Did you know? Roger Corman is renowned for his, er... cost-cutting techniques. Much of the set, though it appears to be lavishly constructed, is actually made from refuse. The interior of the ship(s), 1:50 and 5:43, is made from hundreds of styrofoam Burger King whopper cartons, glued to plywood, and painted.
