Wow! Last thing I remember was my arm being totally numb and feeling very light, and slowly lifting on its own... then, BOOM! I hear you say "five" and I immediately woke up. I have no idea what happened during that time... I dont even know how much time passed from the arm lifting to the very end. Its very relaxing... almost had some trouble falling into a sleep-like trance... I still dont know if I fully accomplished it.

This is by far the best induction EVER in my opinion. I can listen to this once a day and every time I get brought into a WONDERFUL hypnotic state. This video is the only one that takes me into i guess what could be described as my being? or just an empty space somewhere in my head that is nothing but it contains me, my thoughts , outer feelings and inner ones.

But one question to you alcimar Why do my hands always want to move during hypnosis? sometimes it actually scares me how it moves.

Despite I am a hypnotist today I think I have been in deep trance for the very first time.

Although fully aware as is always the case with hypnosis I was also aware and excited that my right arm lifted without conscious thought from me, without effort, and remained suspended as if weightless.

A three day agonising migraine left me, something I have never before achieved with self hypnosis.

why does a term indicate creation? does naming gravity force the earth to create a gravametric pull?.. no it doesn't the idea is absurd and since Hypnosis works on theta state in subconscious.. it can be applied to my afore mentioned statement, titles denote catagorey and I do belive the greeks came up with a form of theta state relaxation.

You are a great hypnotist, Alcimar! This was a fantastic experience! One minute, I'm listening to you speak, and the next thing I knew, my eyes were closed and I could feel my left arm rising. As the arm was lowering, it really felt like I was going to sleep. In fact, I was enjoying this sensation so much, when it was time to wake up, I didn't want it to end.
