Steve Marriott liked to do this song a lot; both with Small Faces and when he re-formed Humble Pie in the 80s. This reminded me of the hook from "My Morning Song" in the chord structure. The Crowes do a better job with covers than most- this wasn't their best moment. I'll give them a pass since it closed the show.

I believe The Band's version is considered the definitive version, though.
