How hard can i tension the line??

@26realmc You should have the first anchor facing up like he showed in the video. On the ratchet strap it doesn't matter as long as you have the ratchet handle facing down. It is very important to have the ratchet handle facing down. If you don't you won't be able to de-tension your line and will have to cut. That would suck so always have the ratchet handle facing down.

The first time he did the 1/2 twist of the line the open edges were facing up, when he did it the second demo the open ends of the line were facing to the ground.
Does it matter which side is up?

The towel is actually for both the tree and the webbing. It protects the tree, and prolongs the life of the webbing, by not letting it get rubbed/cut by the tree bark.
Happy Slacking!
