Helpful video. Children need to be taught to not hang up on everyone who calls at home. They are bratty and rude and there won't be enough jails to hold them once they become adults. I work for a firm that calls people to verify appointments for a service that people do want and kids hang up on us all the time even when we tell them who we are. They need to be taught that this behavior is wrong and disrespectful. Thank God it won't be long and I can forget I ever saw this company.

25 years in the game re: using the phone and face to face communication and this is a waste of time, unless you personaly have the gut's to do a COLD CALL to SELL your item. cheers :)
