[HD] Idiot Pulls Stupid Reverse U-Turn Maneuver (Dashcam)

Some idiot pulling an idiotic maneuver.

I didn't notice this until I reviewed the footage, but this white car backs up into a parking lot to pull a u-turn I think, but I'm not sure. I had to stop driving because my mom wanted to drive, so I got out in front of the car to get in the passenger seat. Yeah, make fun of me all you want. But I'm not the point of the video. I had to turn off the camera after my mom started driving because I didn't want to film her horrible driving, so I didn't film what he did after we pulled out of the parking lot.
