That intro is f***ing sick, no body's come close before or since to capturing his energy. The Winterland set has to be the best performance he ever did. Wish i could have been alive to witness it.

Jimi at his best. The solo at the beginning always reminds me of Eruption. 10 years before VH. Coincidence? I think not!
