Night Time Routine "The Pineapple Method" for Naturally Curly/Kinky Hair

My Night Time Routine for Next Day or 2nd Day Hair. How *I* preserve/protect my natural hair and curls while sleeping. I also do this during lazy mid-day nap times too! I usually get 2nd-5th day hair doing this, AKA "The Pineapple Method". This also "stretches you hair for those of us with SHRINKAGE! I also do this during lazy mid-day nap times too!

I have a question. I have tried the pineapple method and like it alot. However the back of hair is shorter than the front of my hair, and when i do the pineapple method it won't go in the pony tail. Should I just pin that hair with bobby pins?

I would try a satin bonnet; it may crush your curls a little, but if you spritz with H20, you should be good to go :)
