I say an interview someplace where he was asked why he took up the flute. His answer was that when he went into a store the flute was the lightest instrument they had. Later, when he had made it he played and composed on the piano. One of the greats of our time.

Thank God I was introduced to Jethro Tull by an old boyfriend and thus got to hear more than just what the radio stations would have me hear--although "Locomotive Breath," "Aqualung," and other radio releases are preferable to 99.9% of what passes for rock these days.
Is this a different mix? Sounds way diff. than the version on A. I love this song so MUCH.

@placidian I think this is the remastered version from "25 Years of Jethro Tull", although I'm not 100% sure
