@quilico don't know about plastic surgery...... imo I dont believe...but who knows.....yes of course compared to the end of the Use of illusion era when he was totally fucked up now he looks like an 20 something....but his face shows all the abuses....

@slikkar I think that you all don't understand me: Look in the net for pictures of Duff at the end of the Use Your Illusion World Tour (1993), he had no neck, he looked like a toad, and now his neck, chin and chest looks like he would be 23... I'm not laughing at him or insulting him, I love his playing and his bands, but let's be realistic: Apart from been sober, have been trained in martial arts, and wathever you want, I'm absolutely sure that he went trough plastic surgery...

@evacookie913 I know that, but is obvious that he went trough plastic surgery... He is in his forties now, and he looks much younger now that when he was 25.

He has been clean for years and does a lot of martial arts training. Back in the day, his features suffered and it showed more than on Slash.
