Nice video, thanks for uploading. I love this game but the one thing I hate about it is how the CPU goalie can make one amazing save after another from point blank range.
Seriously, sometimes I kick five or six shots from inside the box and he just saves it one after another until it finally goes in the net.
I mean, one or two incredible saves I can understand but more than that you know something is suss...oh well.

Yes you are right Neo Geo Cup '98 is almost the same game as Super Sidekicks 3 with only a few small changes.

Damn those goalies are frustrating. Great game. I play on MAME on level 4. Can win all the cups except the world cup on one go. It's driving me nuts trying to do it.
Only tip I know is that there are 9 teams that have the best all round skills: Brazil, Argentina, Denmark, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Italy & France.

You sound like you're pretty good at the game. Thanks for the tip. For some reason I can beat Neo Geo Cup '98 on one credit on level 4 difficulty but not this game despite them being practically the same game.
