@HayleeHalogenX In my videos I simply sit and push record and then begin. I let the videos be an honest recording of what happens. I do not edit to remove sections or add sections in later.

Sometimes I will sit in meditation for a few seconds or minutes to still myself before beginning. But I can communicate the Higher Self at any time without preparation.

Once we awaken an experience within us, deep enough, the experience does not leave us. Namaste.

@HayleeHalogenX I am always living in the state of awareness, so I do not need to meditate to reach this state. Eventually a person purifies enough of their personal ego (mind, body, emotions) to remain in awareness effortlessly. Namaste.
