@nitemaricv2 There is a free podcast set up. After you have the mp3 files, use the program Dropbox to save it to the internet. You get 2GB for free. Next you'll need an RSS Feed which is just a fancy text file.

Search YouTube for "How To Make An RSS Feed" and it's the first result.

Also upload this file using Dropbox. Then submit it to iTunes.

I have a beginner question. Is it illegal to play music on a podcast without some sort of license? If so, does the podcast hosting website provide that license for you?
