Stupid cop pulling a gun with no ID ... he's lucky the biker did not pull a gun back at him - or just gun his bike and run right over his ass. Looked like clear attempt to steal the bike to me at first.

That officer at no point in time shown indentification of any sort , such as a badge or even a vest with his department logo. Very unprofessional and dangerous for him.

he had every right to shoot this guy the moment he said get off the motorcycle without announcing he was a cop and if he did then he has this video for proof and he would not be convicted

Two things

1) The policeman's first words should have been "Police", not draw a gun, tell him to get off the motorcycle and THEN say who he was

and

2) Police have NO POWER to stop you filming them, even in the course of their duty, in a public place. Look up the law if you don't believe me.
